Are purchaser  purchasing apartment in post 1 4 11 development ( Section three developments) before transfer of common areas to the management company ? If so not only may transfer be void but purchasers of these unit, if the developer goes bust would end up in same situation many purchasers of unit in pre 11 developments are in today ..  where taxpayer money (NAMA) are being ploughed into completing developments but the developer and the bank still own the lands and common areas in block.
